- I'm using ppp with a 28k8 modem(using MNP en V.42). This last week
- I've problems with down loading files.
- Downloaded Zip - files have 'bad crc' errors.
- The errors are most likely generated by a noisy telephone line.
- But why didn't I have problems before?
- How can I solve this problem without having to reduce the baudrate?
- How can I test my modem? ... When I use at&t6..t8 (self test) and at%q (signal quality) my modem gives
- 'error'.
- at%l (Received signal level) gives '043'
-
- Can anybody help me?
-
- Thank you
-
